Refunds & Returns Policy

At BNG Konsulting, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We are committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and hassle-free return and refund experience.

Order Cancellation:

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In the original packaging, with tags and accessories intact

  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Products sold under "final sale"

    • Perishable goods, personal care items, or customized orders

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of delays beyond this period, please contact our support team.

Damaged or Wrong Products:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email with images and order details to sales@electrostores.shop.

  • We will arrange for pickup or replacement based on eligibility.
